This program is catered to assisting campers to become all-around physically fit, not only in terms of weighted exercises, but also in the realm of non-weighted exercises. Campers will be put to the test of a multitude of exercises and movements. We will focus on keeping active by playing games such as football, basketball, soccer, and many more, and competing in competitive workouts throughout the week of camp. Through the use of presentation, discussion, and use, campers will also become aware of the differentiated workouts they can complete at home without ever stepping foot in a gym.
* Campers will be provided with pre and post protein every day, a jump rope, and snacks.
