Mark Potter '80 was named the chief executive of the Maryland Science Center by a unanimous vote of the Board of Trustees. His appointment is effective October 1. Potter has been the center's vice-president of development for the past six years.
For sixteen years, Potter worked at Curley as a faculty member and administrator. He started the Advancement Office as the arm of the school responsible for fund-raising. He is currently a member of the Curley School Board.
