Morning Prayer For Those Who Have Died

On Tuesday, November 13th, the Curley community was present in the Suehle Auditorium for a Morning Prayer remembering the deceased of our families.  During the past week, faculty advisors collected from their advisees the names of  deceased members of their families.  Today, after a reading from the Book of Revelation, students carried a candle and a paper with the names from their group and placed the paper on the altar. The names were also projected on the screen for all to see.  Senior Connor Chaikowsky played his violin meditatively while the community prayed in silence. When all the names were assembled, the Lord’s Prayer was recited by all present.  This very moving morning prayer ended with a blessing prayed by Friar Chris.
