HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED?

So you want to get involved! Great. There are several ways to get involved.  First, check out the Parent Organization pages and contact one of the officers.  Second, speak the parents who serve as contacts for your son’s class.  The Class Parents are listed on the Parents’ Guild page.  Third, come to “Back to School Night” on Wednesday, September 14 and speak with Mr. Joseph or one of the parents who are volunteering that evening.

However you do it, GET INVOLVED at Curley. You will have some fun, support the mission of the school, meet new people and create your own Curley experience as you watch your son grow.

VIRTUS – FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS

Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer at Archbishop Curley High School.  As you know, Archbishop Curley and the Archdiocese of Baltimore have a commitment to maintaining the trust of the faithful by providing our children and youth with safe environments characterized by healthy relationships.

With our longstanding commitment in mind, all parishes and archdiocesan Catholic schools use VIRTUS, a training and compliance management system utilized by more than 90 dioceses across the country.  VIRTUS has worked with the Archdiocese of Baltimore Office of Child & Youth Protection to customize training tailored to our policies and to Maryland law.

ALL VOLUNTEERS

All Volunteers must register an account on VIRTUS, consent to a background check, complete Protecting God’s Children Online Maltreatment Awareness Session 3.2, and submit three (3) completed Electronic Volunteer Reference Check Forms.
