Sports Week in Review Dec 1-5

INDOOR TRACK

Here are results from 1st indoor meet.  The JV was unscored. We placed 3rd on varsity. Interesting note was this was the 1st time we scored 8 places instead of 6. The scores of the top 3 teams were really close and a couple places added or dropped would have made a big difference.

Highlights for Curley:
Two 1st places for George Chambers.
2nd place finish for John Rybak in the  HH.
2-3-4 finish in the 500
A 1st meet performance by Greg Boling in all 3 jumps.  
Next meet is Friday -- an MIAA meet at Loyola--then the following Friday we're back at the PG center for another MIAA meet.

WRESTLING

The Varsity Wrestling team had five team members place in the War on the Shore tournament over the weekend.  Vince Scarinzi took an impressive second. Brett Przywara took fourth and Leo Johnson placed 5th.  The undersquad had placers with Brad Faulhaber and Eddie Colson.
