ALUMNI - VARSITY CROSS COUNTRY RUN

In the 32nd running of the Alumni-Varsity Cross Country Meet, with beautiful weather, the alumni defeated the current team 16-50. Runners from all 6 decades were present. The course, laid out by Coach Gene Hoffman '69, was 1.4 miles, beginning at the pole vault pit, circling all the fields, zig-zagging down the terrace seating of the Bowl and ending with a lap around the track. A cookout followed the event. The oldest participant was Jerry Mikulski '69 and the youngest was Jacob Petrick.
