50th Anniversary Committee Announced

Fr. Michael T. Martin, OFM Conv. ’79 has announced the creation of a 50th Anniversary Committee for the school that will be celebrating its golden jubilee during the 2010-2011 academic year.  The Committee, chaired by Bob Jirsa ’73, will work over the next 12 months to plan the activities that will take place during the anniversary year.  Fr. Michael noted:  “This is such an important milestone in the life of our school and we are blessed to have some wonderful people who are willing to help us plan our celebrations.”  Acting as Honorary Chairs of the Anniversary Committee will be Mr. E. Patrick Moloney, Mr. Richard Patry, Mr. Albert Frank, and Fr. David Stopyra, OFM Conv., all former faculty members.  These men, having been such a part of the growth of our school from its earliest days, have pledged their support of the Anniversary Committee and look forward to being a part of the jubilee year festivities.  The members of the 50th Anniversary Committee are:
