FATHER-SON EVENING OF REFLECTION

Fathers and sons gathered in Curley's SDR for an evening of reflection on Monday, March 5, 2012. After dinner, the men listened to a presentation by Mr. Mike McCoy, former defensive tackle for the Green Bay Packers and founder and president of Mike McCoy Ministries. Mike delivered a faith-based message of hope and encouragement to students and their dads challenging them to be morally focused, overcome challenges and deal with peer pressure to develop the self-confidence to achieve true success. After the presentation, participants gathered in the Curley Chapel for a prayer service in which fathers blessed their sons and sons blessed their fathers.
