Choral Christmas Concert Was Delightful

It was a full house that greeted the choristers of Curley for the annual Choral Christmas Concert. And the performers did not disappoint. The 103-voice Curley Choir opened and closed the concert. The Curley Schola presented four pieces, including “Bring a Torch, Jeanette Isabella.” The Curley Ringers, the Handbell Choir, offered three selections directed by student conductors. The Luminare Choir, comprised of alumni and invited current students, performed three pieces including Franz Biebl’s “Ave Maria.”
Congratulations to all the performers for a wonderful evening of music. Kudos and thanks to Mr. Michael Gaffney, Director of Choral Music, and accompanist, Mr. Michael Britt.
