Monday January 31, 2022

Celebrating Curley Accomplishments

Dress Down: “Jersey Monday”. Students are allowed to wear a professional team jersey or a Curley jersey. Students may also wear polos or shirts from other student organizations (like band, choir, scholars, live streaming etc). Students are to be in full dress code below the waist.

Faculty Advisory Activity: Students will participate in an activity highlighting some of Archbishop Curley’s achievements over the years.

After school: Students are invited to a moment of Eucharistic Adoration in the chapel followed by pizza for those in attendance.

 

Tuesday February 1, 2022

Celebrating Curley Students

Dress Down: “Color War Day”. Students are allowed to wear any shirt with their class color. Students are to be in full dress code below the waist.

Seniors: Black

Juniors: White

Sophomores: Blue

Freshmen: Red

Faculty Advisory: Representatives from each class will participate in a fun activity which will be live-streamed into each faculty advisory.

Lunch: Free hot chocolate will be offered for all students along with a free cookie for the winning class of the morning activity.

 

Wednesday February 2, 2022

Celebrating Our Faculty/Staff

Dress: “College Wednesday”. Students are allowed to wear any shirt of any college. Faculty and staff are also encouraged to wear a shirt supporting their alma mater. Students are to be in full dress code below the waist.

Faculty Advisory: Each faculty advisory will compete in a breakout room activity testing their knowledge of the faculty and staff of Archbishop Curley!

Lunch: Bring $2 for an Ice Cream Sundae Bar and Root Beer Floats!

Celebrating Our Franciscan Tradition

Dress: “Maryland Thursday”. Students are allowed to wear any shirt representing the great state of Maryland! Students are to be in full dress code below the waist.

Faculty Advisory: Students and faculty will be participating in the Polar Bear Plunge Fundraiser to raise money for the Special Olympics Maryland. Students will be raising money to get some of their teachers drenched with ice cold water!

 

Friday February 4, 2022

Celebrating Our Whole Curley Community

Dress: “Curley Friday”. Students are allowed to wear Curley apparel and will be given a full dress down day.

Morning FLEX period: We will celebrate mass as a school community!

Afternoon FLEX period: Students will engage in fun activities to celebrate Catholic education and the Curley brotherhood!
