Mrs. Vandergriff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism from Towson University and a Master of Arts Degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Leadership in Teaching, with a certificate in Special Education. Prior to joining Curley, she spent the last 14 years at The Catholic High School of Baltimore, 10 of those teaching in the English and Archangel Departments. This year, she will be teaching British Literature and American Literature. She resides in Abingdon with her husband, children, and 2 dogs. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys reading, camping, cooking and baking, and doing anything with her family.
