PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES —
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10 FROM 3:30 UNTIL 7:00 PM
All conferences will be scheduled by appointment only and held via zoom. Once a parent signs up for the appointment, teachers will email parents directly with the zoom link and passcode. In preparation for the appointments, here are a few points to keep in mind:
- You are encouraged, but not obligated, to meet with each teacher.
- In order to meet with your son’s teachers, you must sign up for an appointment.
- If you do not have an appointment, our teachers will not be prepared for the meeting and will, therefore, not be able to meet with you.
- The first time slot will be at 3:30 pm and the last at 6:50 pm.
- If a teacher’s time slot is full you must choose an alternate time. If a teacher’s schedule is completely filled, please email the teacher to set up an appointment on a different date.
- Please do not schedule more than one (1) time slot per teacher.
- Please do not contact the teacher to make a change in the evening schedule.
