Networking Works…Curley Connects Works!!

I love to help companies grow and transform and I believe that many small and medium sized companies struggle when it comes to making decisions about how technology can be leveraged to grow, transform, and operate their businesses. I want to help these companies break the logjam and move forward in areas of people, process, and technology investments for their business.

By leveraging my over 40 years of experience in the IT industry as an IT leader and a implementor I can provide value to non-technical executive leadership and fill a gap in their leadership team focused on technology investments.

I can provide the following types of services:
- Help non-technology executives develop strategies ways of leveraging technology to grow and transform their businesses
- Support and lead the implementation plans to make the strategy become a reality
- Review current state of the organization's technology model and recommend future state models that align with business strategies and goals.
- I can then lead and own the refinement of staffing and process models for technology and work with various teams and resources to implement these models over time.
- Evaluate current staff for fit with future strategy and plans
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes that are culture-fit to the organization
- Play the role of technology leader for an organization
- Play the role of advisor to the technology or non-technology executive leadership
- Mentor junior IT staff to grow into leadership positions
- Work with executive team to define vision/strategy/plans for technology initiatives
- Help translate technology strategy and plans to implementation teams
- Provide guidance on models to keeping the Lights On for technology operations
- Support the staffing models of an organization's technology teams, being full-time hires or a hybrid of use of scalable IT vendor partners
- Help in the decisions around buy vs. build for critical systems
- Lead the discussion and strategy of cyber readiness based on corporate risk profiles
