Dear Families,
Our next session of Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 4 – 7 pm. All conferences will be scheduled by appointment only.
The site is now open and will remain open until 11:59 pm on Friday, December 1st. The individual teachers will send you the link to use for your conference prior to the scheduled meeting time.
- In order to meet with your son’s teacher, you must sign up for an appointment.
- All appointments must be scheduled using the link below.
- The first time slot will be 4 pm and the last time slot at 6:50 pm.
- If a teacher’s time slot is full, then you must choose an alternate time. If a teacher’s schedule is completely filled, then please email the teacher to set up an appointment on a different date.
- Please do not schedule more than one (1) time slot per teacher. When booking an appointment, click on the teacher’s name and time, and enter the student name. Click Book and add more to schedule more than one teacher or Book Now. Once your appointment has been booked, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Please ensure to click/press the ‘submit’ button to complete the process. Not clicking the submit button will result in your appointments being canceled.
- Please do not contact the teacher to make a change in the schedule.
